All Adobe Flash Player usage rights are subject to Adobe Flash Player`s end-user contract. Once accepted, this agreement applies to you and any organization that has received the software and on whose behalf it is used. If you don`t agree, don`t use the software. 6. Updates. You can get updates only from Microsoft or authorized sources, and Microsoft may need to update your system to provide you with these updates. The software regularly searches for system and application updates and can download and install them for you. Because automatic updates are enabled on your device, you agree to receive this type of automatic updates without further notice.
7. Geographical and export restrictions. If your software is limited for use in a given geographic area, you can only activate the software in that region. They must also comply with all domestic and international export laws and rules applicable to the software, including restrictions on destinations, end-users and end-use. The duly licensed software essentially works as described in all Microsoft materials that are attached to the software. The manufacturer or installer and Microsoft reserve all rights (for example. B rights under intellectual property protection laws) that are not expressly granted in this agreement. and you cannot: If part of this Agreement is deemed null and void, it does not affect the validity of the balance of that Agreement, which remains valid and applicable on its terms. This agreement does not affect the legal rights of a party acting as a consumer. This agreement can only be amended by a letter signed by an authorized Adobe employee. Updates can be granted to you by Adobe with additional or other conditions. This is the complete agreement between Adobe and you regarding the software and replaces all prior insurance, discussions, companies, the end of communication or advertising in relation to the software. 16.1.2 If the customer has purchased the software in the European Economic Area (EEA), the customer is generally established in the EEA and the customer is a consumer (i.e. its use is for personal and non-professional purposes), Section 6 (limited warranty) does not apply to the purchase and use of the software by the customer.
